Investment has been in the new cleaning regimes and adherence to all processes being implemented.
A full orientation of the property took place, the subsequent debrief and confirmation of the relevant documentation taking place outdoors and socially distanced.
Kay has introduced the cleaning schedules online for the housekeeper who can look to ensure all areas are prepared and presented to the required levels and this can be signed off digitally and checked by Kay which alleviates the need for paper checklists.
Kay has also implemented an ongoing checking system and document for cleaning staff health/well-being.
Kay ensures she contacts all guests prior to arrival discussing arrival procedures, talking through the changes now in place such as the pre-arrival and departure Health Questionnaires - these being linked to the NHS Website for clarification.
An innovative process is the Digital Guidebook which is well formulated; informative and clear and this will enhance the guest sense of safety and well-being."
